1. How far in advance should I book?

Where possible, we recommend enquiring 2–6 months before your event. This allows time to discuss your ideas, develop your designs and finalise the details. If your event is sooner, please get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate your request.

2. Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload, the type of stationery required and your event date. Please include your deadline in your enquiry so we can confirm availability and any additional costs before proceeding.

3. Do you deliver across the UK?

UK-wide delivery may be available for eligible printed stationery and signage. Delivery costs and estimated arrival times will depend on your order and location. Digital designs can be delivered electronically.

4. Can you create designs for events other than weddings?

Absolutely! We create personalised stationery for a range of occasions, including birthdays, baby showers, engagement celebrations, corporate events and memorial services. Designs are tailored to suit the style and requirements of each occasion.

5. Do you offer both digital and printed stationery?

Digital designs are available, and printed options may be arranged for selected products. Please let us know which items you need and whether you prefer digital or printed formats. We'll confirm the available options and costs in your quotation.

6. How much does your stationery cost?

Individual services start from £35, while our Essentials and Full Event packages start from £95 and £175 respectively. Final prices depend on your requirements, selected services and any additional printing or delivery costs. Please refer to our Packages & Pricing section for details.

7. Can I request a completely custom design?

Yes! We can discuss your preferred colours, theme, wording and overall style to create designs that suit your event. You can share inspiration images or describe your ideas in the enquiry form. We'll confirm what's possible and provide a tailored quotation.

8. Can I make changes to my design before it is finalised?

You'll receive design proofs to review and provide feedback before final approval. The number of revisions included, any additional charges and the approval deadline will be explained when your project is quoted.

9. How do I place an order?

Complete our Event Stationery Enquiry Form with your event details and the services you're interested in. We'll review your requirements, discuss your design preferences and provide a quotation. Your booking will be confirmed once the agreed booking and payment arrangements have been completed.

10. What information do you need to get started?

It's helpful to know your event date, event type, venue or location, preferred stationery, colours or theme, and any wording you'd like included. Don't worry if you haven't decided on everything yet. We can discuss your ideas and help you work out the details.
